Olivia Rolando

Olivia is a masters level psychotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago. Olivia has experience working with adults, young adults, teens, and adolescents, navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, ADHD, grief, and more.

Olivia’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and strength-based, with influences from psychoanalytic and feminist theories. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and that each person brings their own unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives into the therapeutic relationship. Olivia strives to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, accepted, and supported, while also feeling empowered to explore challenges, build insight, and make meaningful changes.

Olivia’s goal is to meet you where you are at while helping you recognize your strengths and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. She believes therapy can be a space to feel both supported and challenged, while also bringing the value of creating a genuine, compassionate relationship where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self.

In Olivia’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her friends. She also enjoys traveling, trying new foods and restaurants, swimming, playing board games, and hanging out with her dog, who’s name is TacoBell!
